Hi,

It seems that the opengles drivers for the cc pandoras have a bug

( see http://boards.openpandora.org/index.php/topic/13622-extreme-tux-racer/ )

I suspect it has something to do with glTexSubImage2D not working correctly.

Does anybody know of a workaround for this?

As I do not own a CC pandora, is it possible to install the drivers for the cc pandora on a rebirth unit to be able to replicate the behaviour?

Is there a list available somewhere regarding driver bugs and possible workarounds (I've not found anything about it on the internet) ?

are your sure you used the call correctly, pot, RGB/RGBA, 16/32 bit? Did you change the call at all?

Can you put the original and current if you changed it?

You can try different driver using the notaz driver pnd.

I've tried the driver pnd, but couldn't reproduce the problems the CC owners had

However it's not needed any more as the problem seems to be solved.

Thanks anyway,

I compiled it against libGL and saw pretty similar rendering issues even on my 1GHz. I force a compatible pixel type/format and POT. I also saw no errors in PVRTrace.

Might be worth running the broken GLES version through PVRTrace on my CC.
