Now reading... Harry potter à l'école des sorciers.

Reading in another language is hard :(
If you're going to read a book in French, at least read one that was originally written in French. It makes no sense to read a translated English novel in French when there are quite a lot of good French novels.

Les aventures du petit nicolas is a good starter :)

I can't believe no one has mentioned Clive Barker's novels, some of my favorites are 'The great and secret show', 'Everville', 'Weaveworld' and the 'Abarat' books. Other books I've enjoyed recently are 'The Wasp Factory' by Iain Banks (quite twisted with some great black humour) and 'A prayer for Owen Meany' by John Irving.

Ayn Rand's works... All of them are amazing, but Anthem is my favorite book of all time. Also, Battle Royale +1, reading it right now!

Ohm and if religion is your thing, The Necronomicon, or the Principa Discordia
