Well i JUST LOVE the pandora but it has one problem.....I don't know how to send RCA signal to it!!!
What i plan to do is, using a USB interface board, control a rc car with the pandora and have a wireless camera attached to it, also seen by the pandora.
BUT my problem is that the cameras receiver ONLY sends out composite video and audio, so my question is...
is there a way to make a CHEAP ($20ish) usb to composite adapter or is there a cheap way to make a USB webcam wireless? (wireless webcams are out as they cost too much)

yeh i did look at things LIKE that but they are not cheap and seeing it needs to be linux most devices wont work
if there is a way to make it....i know it will be hard (better than being expensive) i would do it!!

I have some cheap capture cards (< 20 EUR) and some create a good image, my recommendation would be to *AVOID* MSI Movie Vox because I was having tons of problems with it (Both linux and windows, my other no-name card works fine under linux but had problems under windows - take that fanboys :p ). You probably want to use a security cam or ip-cam on the car, either directly a wireless one or a security cam hooked up to a video to wireless converter.
[The last option would be to have a full system on there processing the video signal like a beagleboard]

However, this will be extremly expensive probably (don't even think about the cost of the capture card, you spend much more elsewhere).
The second problem is that this will add lots of weight to your RC Car and you have to make sure you add another battery or you have to make sure you don't consume too much power.
The next problem would be that there will be a good bit of delay and you probably have a more expensive RC Car and not a $10 one from some store around the corner. If I was you I wouldn't risk crashing it because I can't see where its going. And whats the use of the camera if you can still see the car yourself?

see what i'm getting from your post is that it is to much a hassle to do it?
Don't mind i'm still going to give it a go....the camera i was 'planning' on using was

i will look into capture cards and the beagle board....
I do have 2 RC cares, one is a T-MAX (petrol) but seeing that would be loud i was going to use my hacked up $20 dollar one that i have lying around.

Yeah i know........but do you think it will work?
....and how would i do it?

Note of warning, video capture cards have a significant delay. I'm a linux box as PVR, and I tried to add my Wii to the possible input selections. But the delay was somewhere between 0.5 and 1 second, so it was unplayable.

You can find quite a bit of information about capture cards here: http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
I use this USB device myself: http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Hauppauge_WinTV-PVR-USB2

Sorry I didn't replyed sooner, I was Busy.
Thanks for the links, they look good. The delay isn't a problem, it's just a toy car. Also the signal transfer from the controller to the car could be slow aswell because it's running though a "usb interface board". Apart from ebay is there a good place to get them?
Thanks Again

I've played my Wii perfectly fine on a cheap USB video capture device, using Media Player Classic to stream. The quality isn't the best, and it's above your budget at around $50 new, $30 refurbed. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5238925&SRCCODE=GOOGLEBASE&cm_mmc_o=VRqCjC7BBTkwCjCECjCE

Youtube has plenty of videos of people using it in Linux: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=DVC100+linux&aq=f (DVC100 is the model)

Not true. The capture card has fairly low latency, it's the PVR software that puts the delay in (as it records to disk and then plays from that.) Try using your capture card with xawtv or similar instead and see the difference.

well if it doesn't put a delay on it GOOD but its not a problem....thanks for the usb video capture cards thing, i have more money now so $50 is viable.
I was just thinking i'm going to be using a USB INFERFACE BOARD (building it myself, can't find the site) and was wondering if that could take the video and drop the capture cards all together?
If not then i will find one
THanks again
WHen i get it all together i will post the simatics(brain freeze, spelling failing!!!!) for all to use :)
