Hi,

There is a new homebrew version of Quake (0.03) on the Wii, which comes with an on-screen keyboard, so one can use the console commands :)

I immediately tried this one: "timedemo demo2", and here is the result:

985 frames 17.1 seconds 57.6 FPS ...

I know the Wii is not the most powerful beast around, but I was still expecting an higher frame rate :(

What do you guys think ?

Bye, Magic Sam

I tried to play with "vid_wait" and "vid_wait_override" commands but they don't work, so I have no control over vsync settings :(
