I applied HotFix5 and it now says HotFix5 in the top right on the boot screen.
Possibly related to the upgrade: Wireless networking became unreliable and before long stopped working altogether. It kept retrying to connect, prompting for password repeatedly. Rebooting didn't make a difference and I could no longer connect to my wireless router.
I found a forum post that suggested taking the battery out for 30 minutes. That did the trick and wireless networking appeared rock solid, better than ever. The problem did re-occur after a while, but a reboot fixed it this time and I haven't had a problem since. Internet radio stream plays smoothly, which for me is an essential feature.
I had to correct the time, from the battery being out. The way the clock works wrt timezones seems strange, but I'll make a new thread about that.
