Port Requests

Warsow looks pretty nice, and has a Linux port. Can't seem to find the system requirements, though.

There's also ASCIIPortal

The American Dream: Are We Not Drawn Onward to New Era?

AsciiPortal already ported.

That American Dream might be easily ported.

Warsow probably relies on OpenGL which will be the major stumbling block.

i have tried fheroes2 and it is awesome. Then i found VCMI project which is upgraded heroes 3 engine remake in SDL.

Could that be ported too?

Could we get some kind of proper note taking app? Xournal doesn't really cut it for me. Good for making notations on PDFs, though I really could use something like Zim Wiki. I'm in no way a programmer (I did make the donation to the dev fund though :p ), but if anyone could let me know if there are anyway to get this up and running on the Pandora I'd be so grateful.

Good news Spud: Zim is built on Python and it looks like all its dependencies are already included on the Pandora; porting it should be trivial. Remind me about it when you have a Pandora and would like to use Zim; hopefully by then I'll have a Pandora of my own for testing (and perhaps a little more free time).

Zim is already on the port request list link

Thanks a ton! Will do B)

I understand that currently this is not a open source game but would there be anyway to get cortex command working on a Pandora? you may have heard of it from http://www.humblebundle.com/ just wondering.

+1 I would love to see Humble Bundle 1 and 2 ported to the Pandora, but they use Flash, which is in in an early stage of development ight now.

One game I would like to see ported to the Pandora is Return to Castle Wolfenstein. The Source code for it is available as single player and multiplayer components, also the source code for Enemy Territory is available.

Multiplayer: http://www.fileshack.com/file.x/20768/Return+to+Castle+Wolfenstein+Multiplayer+GPL+Source+Code

Enemy Territory: http://www.fileshack.com/file.x/4488/Wolfenstein:+Enemy+Territory+Source+Code+2.60

I am not sure if they exist, but a port a the Alien vs. Predator for the Atari Jaguar? Snatcher for Sega CD. The really awful Zelda games on CDi?
