A shop where you buy the right, not just license some rights for particular circumstances would be desirable.
(That said, for want of not getting into any debates, I'd like to clarify that I find a lot of emulation stuff to be an ethics matter, quite often. For me, I don't feel bad playing a game I paid for on a different machine, because it's just "system-shifting" from my perspective. )
