While I can understand that one can be frustrated when things take longer than expected, I certainly can not understand why someone would NOT like to have an old site archived somewhere when he decided to close everything down and delete it.
That's the total opposite of any open project idea.
Can you guys stop with the Strawmans a second?
I have already said I am going to relaunch Pandoralive in the near future. I have never DELETED the website, I just did not have access to the domain name anymore. This, I have already clarified before, see my posts on the matter. So, nothing is closed and nothing is deleted, the access via pandoralive.info is just not working anymore, that is all.

Well, difference is that ptitSeb mostly ports games with GPL licenses... so he doesn't "own" them (but he still wouldn't do something like that).
No idea what the license was on ekianjos site... did it say something?
yes it did say that I have copyright for everything I have ever written, and of course the authors who wrote their own articles (such as My Day with the pandora and other guest pieces) of course own their copyrights on their work as well, unless they decide to release it on another license. That is why I have always mentioned when an article was written by someone else than me.

It's not that different as many articles on pandoralive were not written by ekinajo.
Define Many? I can guarantee you that more than 90%, if not 95% were written by me only. So you should say "a minority of articles were not written by ekianjo" if you want to reflect the reality.

While that may be true, you worded that a bit harshly. Saying it that way is only going to hurt your public image.
I just merely stated a fact. Nobody has any right to publish something that is under copyright, except under express authorization. I have been spending a lot of my free time (not compensated in any way) to run Pandoralive, so the least people here can do is acknowledge that Pandoralive is not their property (except for the articles I have not written, as stated before).

You cannot be realy satified with that, right?
As mentioned before, the site is still alive, you just don't have access to it at the moment. I am not sure why there is SO MUCH outrage going on, when I stopped working on it and mentioned that I need a hand if you want to keep the site alive, nobody stepped up to contribute in any way (a few people did but did not follow up anyway). There were ample warnings that I had no time to work on it anymore, so the fact that the site was at risk of not being accessible at some point was very clear (I pay for hosting and domain name, and there are no ads on Pandoralive). So what is happening now should be no surprise to anyone.
Now, this being said, I am doing what I can to bring it back online "at some point in the future", so please be patient just like you are all patient with ED.
