Gotta take a few pictures of this soon. :)

Just dragged out my 48k, rubber keyed ZX Spectrum, with Sinclair ZX Interface 2, 2 joysticks and my tape player. In absolutely mint condition with not a single scratch on it. Fucking beautiful.

Just been playing Overlander, not the best game ever but one i've got fond memories of.

I'm gonna see if I can download a few Tap files, put 'Accurate Emulation' on an emulator, record them to tape and play them back on my proper speccy. xD

anyone read this months EDGE, sez he got the idea for the rubber keyboard from a condom, what a guy

my tapeplayers busted, i think i played too many copied games on it (they made it too easy to resist)

it runs and then jams up, can b arsed to look for a new one

It works :)

if I remember, you MAY just be able to rename them to wav files and play them in WMP or something.
That didn't work.

I also need larger tapes than these ancient ones i've dug out. I got half way through recording Chase HQ and the tape ended. o_O

Alright, I need some help on recording them.

I'm using an old Sanyo tape recorder, you know... The ones with the 'Data' switch on them. xD

Now, no matter how I record it, I get the same thing...

*Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep BEEP!*

Program: S-HANG-ON

*Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep BASLKHAKSLDJIASDASD*

R Tape loading error, 0:1

I've tried adjusting the tape volume and it's made no difference.
