That's just a basic Nokia phone like:

Only with "retroish" looks (which I personally think don't even look good :-( )?
Bah... I already got high hopes :-(.
Add and allow 2G/3G/4G as a user setting (for calls, simply for futureproofing) +
BW LCD (or for nutcases like me even e-ink, which, unfortunately, would have confused the average consumer no end...) + away with the camera and SD slots... THEN I might have been interested
.
Package it up like the good old 6250 and I'd order two right away and cross my fingers hoping at least 4G stays usable forever ;-).
Oh: no need for apps or anything, but the OS needs to be
rock solid, essentially the philosophy needs to be: boot it up when you get it, then reboot whenever you switch a SIM.
The killer feature would have been practically eternal battery life and not needing to think about phones for the next 10 years..
I know there are feature phones that pretty much tick the other boxes, but software quality often turns out to be the issue when you read user opinions. After receiving color screens, even the basic Nokias started having odd hickups...
Then again, I'm not totally unhappy with my current phone: A Windows phone into which I've downloaded the maps and dictionaries I need and then switched off data, forced to 2G and enabled battery saving. How often I now need to charge depends on whether I activate the Wifi between charges or use the GPS. It can last a working week but I might run out of juice during friday if I forget to check the battery thursday night and have received several calls during the week.
Annoyingly a couple of times I've used the GPS the battery has basically diminished so fast I had to dig up a powerpack while driving :-(.
Basically: a smartphone with the smarts turned off as well as possible can have "sort of" nice battery life... a week is enough... but then you can't expect it to be charged when you do need it to be smart?-)
