Flash is plenty fast for the kind of bandwidth reading an MPEG4 video would require. It's writing to it that's very slow.

But can it teach punctuation?

I do not believe it can teach punctuation. If however you come across a device that does, please share it with the rest of us. You might also want to search for a device that may help with grammar; as starting a sentence with an conjunction is improper when not followed by a main clause.

Maybe you could have said it like this.

"But can it teach punctuation, as you surely need some help with yours?"

I personally found "Tomarro" to be a funny spelling of it. Sounds like a cross between Tomato and Marrow Bone jelly. MMmmmmm Tomarroes...
