Hi there !

When i try to logout from XFCE, it doesn't work. Then i try again and have this message :

"Failed to receive a reply from the session manager. Session Manager must be in idle state when requesting a shutdown".

What can I do ? Thanx !

This must be a bug in the latest firmware. Many people experience this issue when logging out or trying to switch interfaces.

To log out open up the terminal and type

pkill -KILL -u YOURNAME

and replace YOURNAME with your user name.

I have everything updated and don't see this issue..
Seems like it only happens if you reflash the latest version, which is weird (have yet to try it out myself).

I wonder if the build server could've caused an issue here?

That's what i did :

I had SZ 1.52 installed.

Did a full reflash with the last version (1.53) cause 'upgrade pandora os' was missing.

Then upgraded the os to install the sgx drivers.

But i don't know if this error came before or after the 'os upgrade'.

Will try to reflash again.
