True but it can have much the same effect?Sorry, I have not been focusing much on the pyra lately and I should probably have done a proper report. That said, the gpg key was the problem there.

if it removed pyra packages, you can find them in synaptic by searching for "pyra" and tell it to look at names only

That wasn't autoremove. Though, the bullseye upgrade basically did to my pyra packages what his steam install did to his xorg. Perhaps stranger since I was able to reinstall them after the upgrade.
Actually, copying text from an (untrusted) site and pasting directly in a terminal is very dangerous.I tend to think copy&paste is safer than typing in by hand, although it's always possible to screw both up.
