Using a USB line extender + a USB phone link and the GP32 compy link, internet would be EASY TO DO. SO, why doesn't someone give a whack at it? Oh, for the Kyocera SE47 first, please Come on.. you know this is possible... just try.
You don't need to hijack someone else wlan, just use your own and it won't cost more than it would if you were using your internet from the computer. I was actually looking at this thread from my pocket pc but it turned out the reply button didn't work.
I have a Toshiba e740 and it has integreated wifi. it's very fast, I can browse the internet, listen to internet radio in high quality and download stuff to it at the same time and the radio don't need to rebuffer at all. The only thing i have to complian about is the resolution (240*320). being on msn is also really good exept for the keyboard which isn't to fast to write with.
Though, I don't think it would be to good being on the internet with a gp32, without wifi and touch screen it doesn't seem like a good idea.
it's alittle different from country to country, but in every country I know of it's very expensive to be on the internet through your mobile phone. otherwise, you could get utilitys to look up networks and you could use other peoples wifi networks when your not at home, there are alots more available networks than you would think. I live in a small town in sweden and i found 3 different networks on my way home from school.

but, with some coding, I believe that through the same means a chatboard is used, a modem could be made for dial up and you use a certain ISP , like a free for 10 hours like net zero is/was, or just go off your internet at home
doom multiplay would be nice if doom supported it....
