i have to reflash pandora every days or 2 days...

Finally some (good?) news.

after reading this topic: http://boards.openpandora.org/index.php/topic/11622-dont-know-what-to-do-first-boot-up/

i've decided to choose the opp4 (why it isn't available in the 1st boot screens when choosing the opp levels?) and 1ghz

believe it or not but the system seems to be stable, no freezes, no errors, no need to reflash for some weeks.

it is strange that with opp5/1ghz i have the problems and not with opp4/1ghz

and strange that opp5/1ghz is ok with a sd card-root when it replaces the nand.

thanks 'dafuq' for your topic.

conclusion: i can't use the opp5 but it is not very important for me, because i don't like the overclocking things.

The 1GHz unit doesn't even have OPP5, the maximum is OPP4.

So you are not missing out anything.

It's the first 1GHz unit I've heard of that crashes when using OPP5 though.

The reference to OPP5 in the startup scripts is just a typo.

unless it's been fixed or the unit version is detected now...

not only in the sartup scripts, because i've chosed opp3 at the reinstallation, and when the desktop loaded i've choosed the meter and set it to 4.

I've never done that in the past.

unless it's been fixed or the unit version is detected now...
i don't want to take risks to check if it is fixed, now that all is ok i won't touch anything anymore :p
