How Thick?

Better question is, is the change in battery dimensions because they are able to produce the same amount off battery power in a smaller dimension, or is +- the original dimension size used, resulting in slightly more battery power....

Info source for battery change?

(For the record, I doubt there will be any visible change in the case. Too many other design factors.)

QUOTE
There was another delay because the battery manufacturer refined the design an so we had to delay the prototype case, too(it doesn’t make any sense, when the battery doesn’t fit). At the moment a prototype of the final battery is being made and will be finished in the next days - shortly after that the final case will be adapted to the new battery.

Of course, if they had to change the Pandora case design because the manufacturer decided to change the battery, what happens in six months time when they (might) decide to change it again? This could equally apply to a number of components.

@TaG

Honestly, that's what I just thought... But then again, it is probably just a "new product" that was changed before initially made... So once it is finalized it is probably not going to change. At least I hope!

that battery change might not even mean a change in thickness.
I can pointlessly think up any number of things.
They might have re worked it so that the cord can reach the power in for the motherboard more easily.
Or maybe when the rubber casing was put on the battery it was was a fraction of a millimeter bigger than planned for.
Or maybe it was a fraction of a mileometer longer or wider or more thine but still within the specs they were given wile at the same time just a little bit easier to make.
When the battery goes in I would think that is would be placed into a space in plastic that is close to a perfect fit (reasonably small tolerances) so that it does not raddled around or some thing similar and there is not so little room that it sometimes does not fit properly.

You obviously can't read or write. I'm sorry, you can write, but are utterly clueless.
This question is intended to be answered by someone who knows the deal with the changes that are being implemented. Your response is a waste because you have no idea.

Wow, for that response I kind of home the devs don't answer you.
i rather hope that if he's in the first batch, they move him to the second batch for such a comment

@Mjlink
audovoice probably said what most of us were thinking, and what's probably the case, stop being such a prick, and learn some manners

At this point in the game speculation, even moreso "pointless" speculation isn't needed.

I answered Audo's question and/or thoughts in my initial question. Audo wrote a run on sentence into a full run on paragraph of things they really have no frame of reference on. I've been reading most Pandora sources since May 08.

We've got people here who can't keep facts straight, when they are the ones trying to do just that. My ? was based on the unofficial sites quotes. German sucks to read when it gets technical. I have tried.

This is a valid question. Call me an insensitive ill-mannered prick for bringing this ? to light.

Edit: Audo used 125+ words to make his argument. I used less than 30 to present all LOGICAL answers to the question.
At this point this topic should be closed because it currently CAN'T be answered. Thank you from the "prick" who asked for an answer
