i read in a couple posts that the regular headphone jack wont fit into the socket cause the socket it so small, anyone know the proper specific so i can buy some headphones and know they will fit?

Yeah, but that's just the metal part. If I understand correctly, it's the rubber part that's causing trouble, by being too big. (Rubbers tend to be too small for me, go figure...)

Anyways, haven't had any problems with my socket and my Icemat Siberia's.

alright thanks.

does anyone know whats the best tv-out extension cable i should get? google isnt bringing up much with "TV-Out Extension Cable" im guessing its not the correct name for them?

Look for an S-Video extension cable, along with a stereo RCA extension cable. Any local electronics store should know what you're looking for by that.

Depends, there are some S-Video extension cables that have the RCA steria audio cables as part of the extension, and some that are just standalone.

It should have these in one end and a scart in the other.
Just take the adapter cable with you and ask for a cable that fit between that and the tv.
