I have an openpandora :: 1Ghz edition.

What kind of options do I have for a repair?

The right shoulder button is the problem. There is no triggering mechanism on the board. ( purchased used ) The screws have been beat on ( partially my fault ) which inhibits easy acces to it's board.

In " what kind of " options " " what I specifically meant = could the fix be a service available?

The screws you could fix yourself, by replacing them. There are enough tips to get broken screws out.

The triggers might be fixed if you are creative, but maybe ED offers repairs. From feedback I've seen on the forums this service can be very slow, so might not be recommended.

Getting a broken or a 2nd hand Pandora might be quicker way to get stuff working: https://pyra-handheld.com/boards/threads/pandora-rebirth-edition-for-sale.100062/
The 1GHz version board should fit in the other shells, including screws, if there are more issues. If you are handy with a soldering iron you can transplant a switch to.
Probably the fastest but most expensive option.
