Testing out a Centon SDHC 32GB Class X card, my other card developed a crack along the edge of the blue plastic that needs to be pushed for release from the SD card slot.
^ I've used Sugru to fill in some cracks that appeared on my Pandora's casing, and it seems to have worked fine for that. I'm not too sure if it would be well-suited to something as thin as an SD Card, though, but it's no-doubt worth a try. You just need to rub it across the surface so that it fills in the crack, rather than cover the crack with a layer of the stuff.
