i'm wondering if anyone has experience with GPH's after-sales center in germany? one of my buttons (the decrease volume one) is broken and so i've contacted them. is it expensive - compared to buying just a new wiz?

Hi. You can check my previous thread for more info about after sales guys. Short version - my wiz had cracked screen. After a few emails (reply was really fast) I sent them my wiz. They checked it and made a quote - 72 pounds / 80 euro for parts/labour/postage total. They are really helpful and they sent my game back really fast.
