What would be a good Genesis emulator for a PC? One that is pretty close to the new GP32 one?

I want to try out the ROMs I have before I put them on SMC to test.

You can't run anything on a PC... Unless you have an OS. So the question to ask would be, as you like:

a) What would be a good Genesis emulator for Windows ?
B) What would be a good Genesis emulator for BeOS ?
c) What would be a good Genesis emulator for Linux/FreeBSD ?

There are few BeOS now that the OS is dead, and Linux users usually know what is an OS... So I guess for you the right question is a).

It's a tossup between Gens and Kega Lazarus. Kega Lazarus is updated more regularly and the programmer _did_ code commercial Genesis games...

erwan, shut up! Why don't you simply ask "OS?" ? Are you so anxious to teach what an OS is? Yes, Linux users "usually" know what an OS is, but I wonder why they install it if they don't have a server or if they are not developers. It's kinda buy a F1 instead of a Viper to race through the streets.
