Give me a reason not to cancel my order and buy from the Ithic.com

Craig came on this forum a few months ago and offered six pandoras for $300 each. I grabbed one and had it within two weeks.

Something i always thought when anybody is talking with or about Craig: Poor ED. :/

Edit: Just to make it clear, I ACTUALLY SAVE MONEY BY CANCELING AND REORDERING FROM ITHIC. I paid MORE than the difference when I upgraded to a 1ghz unit, thanks to the hideous shipping costs.
\

Craig isn't clear and open about the way he want to solve his issues. As long as that isn't clear I think the best option is canceling. There is certainly a chance you will not see any money though.

Trust everything will work out at the end can result in a very frustrating waiting period. Paying up for a new Pandora and just hope you will receive some of the money from the cancelled order would be my approach.

Why do I feel bad for Craig?

I get it he screwed many people over....MANY.....people......but; and this is a big but, we should still have the person's personal issues such as the person being able to have a shelter, food, drink, maybe a porno, etc...

I don't think any of what Craig did was right at all, and I would hate Craig too, but that doesn't mean I don't want him to be able to not afford food or drink. I just have a simple sense of human kindness. I hope others can understand and respect where I am coming from.

So, Polukus, by your definition....I should have sympathy for the banksters here in America...whose illegal actions tanked our economy, with the following result:

My father died a young man, 51 years old, in 1999. He did not have a paid-for house, or any life insurance, he left my mom virtually nothing.

As a result...in order to keep the house they had built together, my mother worked TWO jobs...one, a full-time job in New Jersey - a 65 mile one way commute....the other a 7-day-a-week, 365-day-a-year rural newspaper route, encompassing 70 miles. five days a week, she drove nearly 200 miles every day, and worked about 11 hours - add in the commute and it was about a 14-hour day. The other two days, the weekend, she still had the paper route and three hours a day.

She did this from 1999 till 2009, when the crashed economy caused he to lose the newspaper route. The paper company, in efforts to economize...split her route among four other carriers and cut her off.

The next year, 2010, she lost the job in New Jersey...due to the faltering, crappy economy...caused by the banksters illegal activities.

NOW...my mom is on the verge of losing this house she worked so hard to keep - nobody should ever have to work as hard as my mom did...and then lose it all anyway!!

And I should feel sorry for these shitty bankers who caused the problem? Shit, no!!

When someone undertakes activities that hurt other people...they deserve NO sympathy...NONE!!

By your thought process, Polukus...I should feel bad for those poor little banksters, who might just have to sell a yacht...and who gives a shit about my poor hard-working mom who is about to be thrown out into the street, and lose everything she worked so hard...for so long...to keep!!

No, no, and HELL NO!!!

Sorry for my soapbox here, but, DAMN!! I am sick and tired of the people who DO the hurting getting all the sympathy and support while the victims get jack.

I want you to understand, the United States is a free-market capitalist country. If you do not like it, Canada is a few hour drive away from you. I've been there and its a nice place. Its great for those that lost their jobs in the US because they have a lot of socialist legislation in place to help those in need.
Canada has socialized health care. Free health care, cradle to grave, no forced insurance purchase, as every citizen there is insured. They are a capitalist country. Canada isn't letting unemployed Americans into the country. Have you ever looked at how difficult it is for an American to get citizenship in Canada?

Your view of the economic downturn is what you've seen on TV obviously, likely Fox news by your socialist rant.

It might be time to grow up and stop listening to everything you've been told, because the truth about the economic downturn is that the US taxpayers have been robbed by the banking elites, none of them went to jail, except the one guy who stole from the 1%. HSBC can take all the dirty money they want for just a slap on the wrist. Barclay bank can fix interest rates with a slap on the wrist. The head of Goldman Sachs has the US Congress cupping his balls everytime he steps foot in the building. Bank of America and Wells Fargo are just as dirty. But you tell someone to move to Canada because they don't like these crooks.

Clueless...

Openpandora Ltd.

So the rules for a limited company would apply:

https://www.gov.uk/closing-a-limited-company

Assuming Openpandora Ltd. is insolvent then this would apply:

https://www.gov.uk/liquidate-your-company/creditors-voluntary-liquidation

And this would happen to Craig:

https://www.gov.uk/liquidate-your-company/what-happens-to-directors

From what I understand, Craig would simply lose the company and maybe get penalized by being banned from being a director for a period of time (dunno what this would mean for his other companies).

Only the company's assets would be liquidated to try to pay the creditors. Craig would keep all his personal assets. At least that is what I understand.

And who has victimized a lot of people along the way. No sympathy.

and thank you, Link...for backing me up regarding the cause of the economic meltdown in America.

We all KNOW...here in America...is was the bankers.

The bankers who then got bailed out with our tax money...which they were then SUPPOSED to use to help the rest of us...and instead they pocketed it, bought each other out, and gave their execs huge bonuses.

The people getting hurt here in America are the people who did no wrong...who, in fact, did everything right. You just TRY getting a mortgage modification or even a re-fi right now in America, I dare you.

If you are someone who did the right thing and was responsible, and got hurt through no fault of your own...tough luclk. The only ones who get help here in america are the people who shouldn't have gotten loans to begin with...the ones who were irresponsible. THEY get help.

Not a single bankster has gone to jail for the grevious harm they have caused to the American people.

You think I'm some unintelegent fuck that watches Fox?

For the record, for the newcomers, this project was royally screwed by Barclays bank when the project kicked off. They held money, then refunded all of us at a horrible exchange rate (I lost $70). This project cleared a million dollars in 4 days IIRC. Were the AmEx orders ever refunded? And PayPal also made life difficult too. Definitely put the whole project back Two Months™

Keep thinking that its a liberal vs conservative issue and you'll never break free.

Wow. I just looked back at my previous post. Sorry everyone, didnt meant to rant.

You shouldn't have to listen to my political views just as I shouldn't have to listen to any of yours

My apologies.

(I deleted the posts, btw)

@Polukus I'm a terrible speller, I know. I struggle in school because of it.

It's all good. I don't consider this politics. These banks have interfered with this project as soon as they got OUR money into THEIR bank.

Also, I don't recommend people go running to Craig for a refund and trying to order from Ithic.com

Let's close this thread and leave it at that.

You should at least make sure you spell the word that is identifying your intelligence level intelligently, don't you think? :p/>

I do agree! Thats what I'm saying. Even though I'm not stupid, it often appears that way in my writing because I am an auditory learner. Written language is beyond me (programming, too)
