Looks like your BIN (a common extension for tons of BINary files) files have now been associated with your virus file. I mean, *.bin files could be for any program, but this ONE virus checker happens to use them as an update file and has taken the extension over. It's not really a problem to affect you though - it just affects what happens when you double-click the file from Explorer. If anything is stopping GP from taking them, it's probably the file name - needs to 8.3 chars long (e.g. Sonic The Hedgehog.bin -> SONIC1.BIN)
