Hi all!
Just thought i'd let you know about my GP32 site.
Its dedicated to the emulators that are available for the GP32.
I've got download links to the emulators, photo's and bio's of the machines being emulated and some other nice stuff.

All comments are welcome.
Enjoy the site.

Cheers!
Ronnie

Erk - your site tries to install Gator on my machine... thats a really annoying bit of software. If you took that off your site would be more friendly....

Huh????
I honestly wouldn't put stuff like Gator anywhere NEAR my site.

I just checked my site (to be sure) and i didn't get any requests to install Gator... :)
(thank God!)

Gotta confirm Demonix on this one, when I click the link Hando posted, I too get a request to install Gator. Its easily stoppable, but annoying. Not saying its from your site itself, possibly your web hoster, DNS provider, etc... no idea who/what you use.

PS - on a 2nd try I got some Jupiter Browser thingy... but still ???

Give us the real address instead of the .cjb, since will try to install spyware. I wouldn't go near a .cjb-site. Either that or use for instance <yoursite>.ath.cx which is popup and ads free. You can get that service for free from dyndns.org.

so it could be the cjb.net redirect that is giving the spyware stuff.
Damn!

I'd rather not change it from cjb.net coz i've already given out the url to most GP32 sites (for links) and within the GP32 webring... :(

If i'd known cj.net were gonna use Gator i'd never have used it... dammit... that sucks...

One tip i would give then to everyone is to use a pop-up stopper of some kind. I don't get any pop-ups on my machine so thats why i never saw anything when i visited my own site...
Avant is a cool IE variant that has a built in pop-up stopper
Avant

Anyway... thanks for letting me know about the Gator thing...
If the site becomes popular enough then i'll buy a .com name and then change the links i have on other sites...

Okay here's a crazy idea. Since it sounds like the cjb.net is a redirect, don't stop using the .cjb thing, but go ahead and use a different account ALSO and start giving that address out. I know the .tk domain has free names, or use www.no-ip.com (i think) or such.

That way, new address = great, and old address, still accessible (albeit yicky).

yeah i get whatcha mean Arutha but i didn't want to mess people about by giving them another url to link to y'know? They were nice enough to give me the link and now i'm gonna have to email them back and ask them to change it... hope they don't mind... :(

Anyway... here's the NEW link...

Hopefully this one is spyware free!!... :D
