Just a little bit of info, not sure most of you probably figured this one out yourselves already. You can go into the transcoding.ini file and play with settings there, if you're not happy with the selections it gives you by default, you can tinker with the settings to get just about any framerate or bitrate you want. I'm experimenting with settings that are in the middle ground of the settings provided by default, myself, as I felt the highest 15fps setting was still not good enough, and the lowest 30fps setting creating files WAY too big. Anyways, just thought I'd share that with you guys.

EDIT: Correction... apparently changing the FPS value does not seem to have any effect, however changing the bit rate definately does.

ah okay? Seems to work well enough for me. But if you dislike it so much, by all means feel free to recommend something that works better for converting videos for PSP.

And don't forget to mention exactly what it is about 3gp that sux and what makes you suggestion better. :D

It worlks brilliant for me. High quality videos and acceptable file sizes. What's easier than drop and drag?

I'd go as far to say - IT'S THE BEST PROGRAM ON THE INTERNET. EVER.

Ha Ha Ha

No, seriously though, it is good.

Finty do you have a psp ? I think 3gp and the actual sony image convertor are both good but 3gp seems to make them smaller sometimes if you use the 15 fps one.

no... trust me even at 15fps it looks better on the psp. But I'm using a really high bitrate for the video, 700-something. If you want both high bit rate and 30fps, you're looking at like 150MB for a 24 minute anime ep... so just over an hours worth of video will fit on a 512MB memory stick. 15fps plays fine for me and still looks better than the vids I tried on my GP.
