If such a thing exists I will add it to my list of things that I will think
about but never act upon :) . (ie. port).

EDIT: I found a couple old DOS ones, but there was no source.
EDIT #2: I mean for OFFLINE html viewing.
 
You could have a look at w3m or links. Both of them support images with a framebuffer. But i'm pretty sure it's no easy task to port them, remember you don't have native stdin/out devices.
 
Well, if I ever learn C/C++, I'll try making a simple one
with graphics file support... It wouldn't be a port. It wouldn't be
from scratch, either. It would be kind of lazy programming...from
scratch, but using every little peice of library and pre-made code
I can get my lazy hands on.

The main purpose would be for e-booking, good e-books with
graphics and stuff. Maybe magazines or comic books...I know
there's graphics viewers and text viewers, but this would be
awesome.
