Devuan on Pyra

    i like my operating systems to work and not get in the way of work. debian on pyra will "just work"™ in about "two months"™. that said, it is fun to install a new distro every once in a while for that new car smell.

    I succeeded in removing systemd from Debian ARM in the past.
    It worked well for my little usage, but nowadays I can't tell.

    I dont see why it wouldnt work nowadays... It's still a "supported" (within quote since the project dont do commercial support) setup on debian

    I think some packages may have some hard dependencies.

    Unfortunately, we don't use Devuan on Pyra.
    Devuan is the better unix way of life.

    Fortunately, if you have the code and the will, you can port almost anything to run on the Pyra. Non-locked bootloaders FTW!

    We'll get there. Running devuan-ARM on the Pi3 has been a joy.
