He explains the emulator very good in the german forum, and nobody thinks it's a fake there. But well, it will only be released for the German community, so you don't have to care about it anymore.

Just to make things clear, I don't think his decision to only release it to the german community is right. I think it's far to extreme, and yes, you're right that it would probably not take long to be in the archive.
