Hey,
I would like to announce a new project, MobileCore, aimed at easing cross platform development of games for mobile devices. MobileCore is a very small interface that sits between a game (or game library) and the OS. MobileCore has been implemented for PocketPC and Symbian; a Win9x is also available for easy development.
The library and it's implementation details for the various platforms are described in more detail in an article on Gamasutra.
The MobileCore project is hosted by SourceForge.net: http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/mobilecore .
I would like to invite GP32 coders, Zodiac experts and Tungsten-T gurus to join in; adding support for new devices should take a day or less for a platform expert.
