Charger Shuts Off Caanoo

I picked up an LG charger at the flea market for the LG cell phones. I picked it up as the wall charger works great on my Caanoo (though slow for some reason, but DOES charge it well), but the car charger I picked up, while it turns the charge light red, it shuts it off, and the Caanoo will not turn on until it's unplugged.

So your caanoo doesn't work at all now? It's possible that the voltage from the car charger was too high for it.

It works, only when not attached to the charger.

I thought it might have been a voltage problem, but it shuts off as soon as the ext plug is plugged in, even if the car plug is in nothing at all.

EDIT: Here's the pins on the charger:

Ok, I know what your problem is from personal experience.

The pin configuration is incorrect, so it will NOT work with your Caanoo. You may be are probably shorting something out when connecting the car charger, so try not to use it anymore, lmao.

IMHO, your best option for a car charger is to find a USB car charger and to use the USB cable that came with your Caanoo. However, you need to make sure your USB car charger outputs 1A (that's one amp, or one thousand milliamps, 1000mA) or else it probably won't power your Caanoo.

Well 500mA should work since it can charge from a computer, but i do have some usb chargers. I just hate having two things, i like one cable and thats it.

You could buy another cord and hardwire it to the charger, lmao.

Well, I have had lots of trouble with USB car chargers in the past that only gave only 500mA. They wouldn't charge any of my devices (MP3 players and iPods, for example) properly, only low-power devices like FM transmitters. Just to be safe, get a 1A one.
