I have no idea. But https://pandorawiki.org/USB_reference
The OTG (on the go mode), and I quote:

When Pandora is connected to a PC it will appear as a USB ethernet device to the PC. This USB ethernet device allows network communication between Pandora and PC with traffic going thru USB cable.

Although I know that there is software that will make the connection a CDROM drive

http://repo.openpandora.org/?page=detail&app=iso_optical_drive

from there, I interpolate that it would not be difficult to emulate a keyboard and modify it a bit to work like a rubberducky...

The specs seem to allow it... but it will take some programming...

http://www.usb.org/developers/onthego/otg1_0.pdf

but why not buy a digispark? does that for less than a euro...

I think he means those usb frying devices; that contain a big capacitor that charges up via the 5v lines then pumps the collected voltage back down the data pins to attempt to fry the computer it's connected to, or at least blow the USB fuses.

I don't know any way of making a Pandora output overvoltage on the USB lines, so I don't think this is possible.
