EmulationStation is good too, I use that as my main boot up on my Pi...
But preferring the look of this, and looking great so far.
I've a load of marquees too for most systems, and covers which were from the WiiFlow project and look great. Might be nice having covers and/instead of, screenshots.
Would be interesting to see this in full glory on the Pandora, but I assume configuring it will be the same pita as Pandafe. How to get al the different emulators to work seamlessly with the frontend.

Nope, not really. I have no problem with command line or config files, but there are a lot of emulators around that just do not work with command line or don't have good documentation how to get them working.
It would be amazing to see something like Puppy Arcade http://scottjarvis.com/page105.htm for Pandora. A distro with arcarde frontend and pre-installed emulators.
