I got my power adapter from Fry's Electronics for $10 American. Didn't break the bank. B)

Which adapter? This one?

I got a bunch of rechargeables, including 4 2500mAh.
I did get the DC adapter because I cannot resist a bargain.
Mine is RadioShack brand, 3V 1000mA and cost me $4.98
And I use it mostly for long games, since I don't trust my battery LED. (It'll light up like 10 seconds before dying on me)

Is that person in your avatar holding an M-16 or AR-15? And where is that person at?

I have 8 2600mAh Ansmann rechargeables in rotation. They're fine for flashing the firmware on a full charge and I haven't had any problems with them yet. No need for a power adapter here, though I wouldn't say no to one.

I have one but i've only used it for updating firmware so far because

a) don't really like the position
B) it's a bit loose, i feel like i'll pull the cable out by accident at any time and lose whatever i'm doing :p
