Could crush a grape
Hello Chooms,
I've got an amp and an acoustic guitar that I need to sell but I'm having real difficulty working out how to go about it. Generally I use eBay to flog my stuff but their policies are just making that not an option with these (on top of the listing insertion fees they now cream 10% off the top of your final selling fee, taking anywhere up to £75, if that wasn't enough they also want 3% of your reserve price. I'd be looking at loosing somewhere in the region of £140 to them if I got the price I wanted for my items, skullduggery!).
I've tried preloved but I'm not getting any joy. I would use local adverts and such but I really want to avoid tyre kickers and monty python-esque hagglers.
Do any of you fine gentlemen have any suggestions? Should I just suck it up and go with local advertising?
