Duke Nukem 3D = Crazy Delicious!
I have an ADATA 150x 4gb SD card for my 2x. Other people on the forum have the same card and confirmed that it works. I got my card and GP2X. I formatted the card through windows xp with the gp2x as the cardreader because I didn't know I needed a card reader and I didn't know it would make a difference. After it only formatted to 1gb (FAT32) I figured out what happened. I figured that I'd be able to over write or delete the 1gb partition once I got a card reader. I got a card reader and windows finally recognized the card as 4gb, however no utility would delete the partition, and overwriting created a 4gb partition that I could only use 1gb of.
I was talking to iignotus on aim and he said that I could fix it by formatting in Linux. I downloaded DSL - N and formatted it correctly according to the instruction iignotus got. (thanks again) I plugged the card into my computer and Windows recognized it as 4 gigs! I put my files on it and put it in my 2x and... it doesn't even recognize that I have a card in it. No files show up when I go to explorer, games, or music and pick SD. I had just used the 1gb partitioned card in the same 2x unit just before the linux format, so I don't think it's my unit.
Is there anything that could be causing this, and anyway to fix it?
Thanks in advance.
