1.2 GB to 128mb?

Hey,
Im trying to re encode The Matrix Reloaded for GP32,

its about 1.2GB in total, i want to fit it on a 128MB SMC with Listenable speech audio quality

Can it be done? if so what settings (quants, bit rate etc)

Probably trial and error, As each movie requires different settings depending on the movie contents eg. Fast action, Animation etc. Failing that, You could spread it over two media cards.
