Some will win
Some will lose
Some are born to sing the blues
I'm shocked that no one has continued this. It's Journey. Everyone loves Journey. Anyone who says otherwise is lying :P
@ Yrx - It's not that I don't know what to do in the last level of Zack and Wiki. It's just I can't do what is needed to be done. The bit I can't do is when the mech thing shoots the 4 mummies and you have to itemise the pirates and plug the holes. But how can you do that with the 4 mummies...
^ @ Declaration - There isn't as many great games on the Wii as you're making out. Trust me. No More Heroes only gets a mention on your behalf and by others because it's the only game of its kind on the Wii (soon to change with Mad World. Anyone seen that thing?) PES 2008, I will admit, is far...
I've was waiting before sticking my hand in my pocket before I got it (purely because I was waiting on money from my birthday) but I've heard really good things about it. It's definitely on my to buy list. Although come to think of it, I haven't seen it in any of my local stores but then I...
@ Goity - Just so you are aware, they didn't get rid of the Water colour effects in Okami on the Wii. Graphically, it's identical to the PS2 version except it's a tiny bit higher res. The only thing missing is the paper filter feature that was present in the PS2 version. Perhaps that is what you...
Blazin' Saddles - It wasn't as funny as I thought it was going to be but there were some good bit. The bit where the lynch the KKK was brilliant. I enjoyed it. Ending was great. So to was the it with Mongo and the guy on the horse.
Was going to say Bureau de change but Trooper get there first. All travel agent stores (Thomas Cook, etc.) have a bureau de change and so I'm sure you could get them in there.
^ lol. That's genious. But seriously though, they have been misleading with the Brain Training games. They say that they can improve your memory and other things but there is not a shred of evidence to it. Even the real Dr. Kawashima says it's not effective at what it does and he never used it.
I do agree that the Wii's appeal is short term. It's been happening in Japan with the DS for awhile now. I've been keeping an eye on the sales figures for the consoles and the PSP has suddenly found its feet again and is outselling the DS by miles. I think even though they are trying to broaden...
@ DCGM - I should clarify that that was my opinion and it's based on the games I've bought so far this year, which have been mainly Wii games and all of which have been incredibly disappointing.
I will say this has had a few mission I've enjoyed. I think the best one I've done so far has been...
@ Finty - I'm glad I'm not the only one who's bored with it already. It just feels a chore to play now. I really couldn'y be bothered finishing it. With San Andreas, I really enjoyed it and really pushed to finish it. But with this, I really don't feel an incentive to finish it. And yeh the...
^... and yet they still manage to sell out on it. Must be doing something right then. I do agree that good games are hard to come by on the Wii. Many of the good games quickly lose their appeal (Mario Kart anyone. I've lost all interest in it.) The only thing stopping me from getting rid of my...
End of All Hope - Nightwish. What a song. How I wish Tarja was still in the band. That's not to say Anette is bad. She just can't reach the notes like Tarja can.
