You wouldn't believe how hard it would be to find a copy of any of the following in any of the game stores in my town and in the neighbouring towns: The World Ends With You, Any of the Phoenix Wright games and the Castlevania games. Searched for ages in both the new and preowned games and found...
Looks like Nintendo has had a word with themselves because Miyamoto confirmed the existance of a new Pikmin game at a Nintendo Round Table conference. Don't know which platform it is for but it'd work on either.
And for those interested in how FF XIII is gonna happen on the 360, you'll have to...
A few years back I tried to get a licence for the commerical version off of the game so I could make some stuff for the GP32 but I couldn't get hold of the guy to sort it out. That and the fact that to get hold of the commercial version you would have to shell out $1000 for it. So I just canned...
@ Declaration - You are actually wrong. People have seen it. There is a single screenshot of the game out on the net somewhere showing it in the birds eye view that was found on all of the GTA games on Nintendo's handhelds. Not exactly going to be any decent then as all of the previous nintendo...
Well at least Microsoft's conference went far better than Nintendo's. Look like Wii gamers will have to look elsewhere for something to play in the second half of the year. Bugger all announced. Their big announcement... GTA DS. <_< I thought it couldn't get any worse after the 2003 Pacman Vs...
Sony must be spitting chips though after losing exclusivity of a big hitter. Wish I could have seen their faces when it was announced FF XIII was coming to 360 at the same time as PS3.
I'm not a huge advocate of downloading games. Obviously, I did it with the GP32 but since I stoppped playing that ages ago (screen and front lit broke. Screen still displays images but its just messed up) I rarely download anything anymore. I think in the last year or so, I've bought everything...
...someone has gone and taken Super Mario Bros. and replaced Mario with Chuck Norris. See the video for yourselves here
And you can also download a single level demo of the game here
From what I'm told by many, it's virus free.
Cue onslaught of Chuck Norris jokes
Anybody tried Elite Beat Agents? I realise that seeing as I have Ouendan it'll be very similar except for the tracklisting and I know the tracklisting isn't great but does it keep up with the intensity that you get in Ouendan (such as in the later levels and difficulties)?
Didn't get a chance...
With the stuff that's been listed, I've been thinking about some of them. Sonic Rush Adventure was something I was looking into but the 3d jet ski bits were sort of putting me off of getting it. But I may well take a dive. Erm... lets see. I've completed Mario and Luigi although I really liked...
^ topic title says it all really. I'm looking for stuff to play on my DS over the summer. Just finished playing Crystal Chronicles: Rings of Fate and that was alright. Got DQM:Joker to play through but not really really enjoying it. So can y'all recommend me some games to pass the summer away...
Victory Is Won - Carlos Santana. <--- Summer in the form of music. No other song, in my opinion, has a feel of summer about it like this does. Shame it's raining up here in Scotland (surprise, surprise) but it's making me feel like its summer.
@ Fishbong - But isn't that a good thing that they feel confident that they don't see a need to change anything? The game is largely lauded as one of the best RPGs ever with its music and artistic styling being well known as well. We should think of it as a priviledge they are keeping it as it...
I watched Lost In Translation again not long ago. That has to be one of my favourite films. The subject matter is fascinating and Sofia Coppola has made a fantastic film out of it. Still left wondering what the hell Bill Murray said at the end though. Will never find out but wish it was...
The only game that immediately strikes me as deserving a sequel is Beyond Good and Evil but that is getting one now.
I think Metal Arms: Glitch in the System should get one. That was a nice little gem from the last gen.
Obviously, Shenmue 3 as well :P
Personally, if I was Square-Enix I'd say 'Screw you' to the touch screen and keep it buttons only. Looking forward to it though. Never got a chance to play the original (the SNES emulator on the GP32 wasn't good enough to play it at a decent enough speed to make me want to continue).
All I'm...
@ Nova - Contradiction? What contradiction? Have you been drinking again? Go back to sleep. :P
I know there's a contradiction. I purposefully did it. Clever or what  More stupid than clever but what the hell.
@ Fru.T Bunn - Ah yes, the pub landlord. Brilliant that he's such a big fan of Queen. That's my reason for watching even if they have people like James Blunt on. Although he'll eventually end up doing all of the good Queen songs and will have to decide whether to play the mediocre ones or start...
lol @ Nova. We should use you in one of the British Anti-drinking adverts they have on tv. You know the one where you, at first, see the night out from the drinkers perspective. It would be you thinking you're Mr. Suave and getting all the ladies. Then it'd go to one of your friend's...
@ Nickspoon - and preowned Gamecube games. Sucks. I was gonna buy Luigi's Mansion again and get Beyond Good and Evil on the xbox but they're all gone now.
