thanks, though i cant be botherd moving everything off my sd card onto my hd reformatting and just putting the image on then copying it all back it takes too long which is the only thing i did differently since i just left everything on my card and copied the image over to the root

my card is compatible since the official firmware flashes with no problems and i get no error message with the compact one it just flashes then stalls on the splash screen

to do that with zip compression you need to zip it once with no compression then zip the zip or use a format...
the GB ROMs are unzipped ATM but 12mb instead of 32mb is much better especially when space is limited and an zipped SNES ROMs saves a further 30mb enough room for another NeoGeo game!
