Screw X11, I only run my software through busybox! finch and links are the only software I need! I can even check gmail through links too (I wish I was joking about this part).
You need an SDHC card reader. It WILL say SDHC on it somewhere. If it does not, then it will not read SDHC cards.

Nothing. Turn on basically. You have to download stuff into at least 1 SD card and open the program.
There are some built in programs like a multimedia player, the OS, a Menu, etc. But you have to download everything else.

I can say at least an open source implementation hand writing recognition exists, so someone just has to port it and get it working with the touch screen, if possible (99.9% sure yes it's possible).
It would be quite interesting if somebody was able to utilize the similar architectures of the ARM vs RISC (I don't think they are that similar) and the PowerVR chips in both the Dreamcast and the Pandora, and it would be at least playable, maybe even full speed. Actually I'd love it if someone...
I print from my laptop through my wireless connection at home. It works just fine for Ubuntu, so I think this is a great idea, and probably very doable.
I'm curious about the power adapter connected and the USB host ability.
Will the Pandora gain more power for USB with plugging it into an outlet? Or will it stay limited to "500 milliamps." How much would that limit us in terms of how much and what kind of things can we connect to the USB...
