I think the've made a good comprimise here. They would'nt have been able to make the mould for the cases in England since that would have cost too much money for this small project. So once they've got the mould and the first batch of cases they'll move the production of the cases elsewhere.
So the current status is that the nubs and boards are being tested but we don't know for sure when new boards will be shipped. Could be early next week or later. According to the chineese company 4000 cases have been produced and painted, we havn't seen any pictures of theese so we can't know...

Some older pc-games can be run using dosbox. However that is really old ones so although I'm not to familiar with the games you mentioned they probably wont run.
