    68K hybrid emulation

Yeah exactly. I got qemu working quite well. Also TomB offered some advice on how to get the uae jit ported, so I can try that later. I have a cache problem I thought might be well known here. Linux is not told about 500GB of the DDR ram, so its for the FPGA or CPU to use. However if I mmap it...

    68K hybrid emulation

Well I have the hardware side done. That is in vhdl and verilog. So now can mmap the Amiga hardware registers and chip memory from Linux. So looking for a 680x0 jit that I can use standalone. Give it some memory space or access functions and tell it to run. 1618556341 It’s a dual cortex a9 cpu...

    68K hybrid emulation

Hello! Its a long time since I've been on the Pandora forums! Back in the day I ported the atari800 emulator and gemrb and stuff. Anyway I'm now mostly playing with FPGAs. I recently tried to add Amiga hybrid emulation to the MiSTer. This is when we use the FPGA for the main system hardware...

    Toddler Pandora addiction!

Has anyone run into Toddler pandora addiction problems?! My 2 1/2 year son discovered it and started drawing squares on the screen with the stylus. He had such a meltdown when I took it away since I couldn't supervise him with it! 'Want the Pandora, Want the Pandora, Pandora', for about an...

    MCC-TV

I added better usb support (keyboard, hubs, joysticks, 2600daptor,5200daptor) to the mcc216 and mcctv for the Atari800 core. Also there is now an Atari 5200 core.

    MCC-TV

Nice video. Just a small note that the Atari 800 core is available for the MCCTV. However it has no keyboard support yet... The USB side is a little tricky because the FPGA is connected to the D+/D- lines so the cores need to handle the complexity of USB themselves. Its much more complicated...

    MCC-TV

Just had a look at the compatibility spreadsheet NML32 made. In terms of Spectrum and 2600. Looks like Spectrum core is ok(90% works) while 2600 is poor (50%). If anyone gets one to try the Atari 800XL core there are newer beta builds to try on my website. http://www.scrameta.net. edit:To...

GemRB 0.8.0 bg1 fails (GUI Script Engine missing error)

It loads the python 2.6 library. Without the clean install I guess this is still around. A workaround... Run this in terminal: sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libpython2.7.so.1.0 /usr/lib/libpython2.6.so.1.0

GemRB 0.8.0 bg1 fails (GUI Script Engine missing error)

Confirmed that a working install fails with a fresh 1.60 flash... Will find out why.

I'm doing a complete install, will see what happens. Perhaps the upgrade method leaves some bits around - which make it work...

GemRB 0.8.0 bg1 fails (GUI Script Engine missing error)

Sorry missed this thread and despite reading ED's posts missed the PM for a month or two! So it works on 1.55, but not on 1.60? I've not updated Super-Zaxxon for ages, I should update and see why it fails...

Anyone into cars as well? Pandora dashboard?

One of the guys I used to work with left his full time job to create a programmable car plugin (see link)... I'm impressed at anyone brave enough to go out and build their own hardware. I'm just a wage slave who sits coding C++ all day... for now:-) He is very thorough so I think the device will...
