Version 0.3 is on the way (available in a few days ;) ).

Changes :
------------

+ sound crackling reduce (due to the famous s3c2400 bug)
sound is still emulated with slow & unoptimized code.
+ fixed : clock speed bug causing slower emulation after spc playback
+ optimized memory usage
+ basic transparency support (buggy & slow) to help solve critical issue
in some games.
+ .... more to come!

Please tell me what you want to see in next releases!

(superfx, rom bigger than 4MB, SDD1 support -sf2 alpha, star ocean,...- is
definitely NOT possible due to the 8MB RAM limit of gp32...)

yo

Cool, you are a genius aren't you yoyo?(not that I doubt it) Well, by the time I get my gp32 back you'll probably have everything done, but I would like to see megaman x2 & x3 working (if they already are, slap me and call me stupid but I can't really find out right now and I don't feel like reading a readme for something I can't play!)

I've not done much coding on the GP32 yet so this suggestion might be totally unfeasable... but..

whats the read/write speed to the SMC like? due to the limitation of the GP32's RAM, would it be possable to create a sort of "swap space" as per linux, or *shudders* windows pagefile??

this way you could store more, in theory, RAM information and run the things that can't run due to lack of memory... course that all depends on the speed of SMC read/write which I dont know how it compares to the read/write of the GP32's RAM...

and for christ sake, if any GP32 guru flames me for a "lame" suggestion and I'm just gonna have to sit here and CRY!! :p

Hi yoyofr,

first of all: THANKS for continually working on this emu. Great work.

My wishes would be:

- less responsive cursor in the menus
- emu remembers the clock speed it last used and automatically starts
at that speed after 1 second

That's it, everything else will come out nicely without wishing. :)

Bye
Sebastian

wicked news yet again!

not essential but I would like a little john style rom browser with a crc checker / rom name resolver + possibly delete support - maybe this wouldn't be too hard as you have already done it in littlejohn superbly!

apart from that... more compatibility/speed/sound etc. and all the stuff that I'm sure you're already working on

cheers :p

Why not working on optimising sound emulation and full speed support ?

In any case, you do a great job, and this is a great emulator !

I'd like to be able to be able to make the background black and the fps counter white (as it was in the first release).

Keep up the good work :)

add: auto fs would also be great!

I always dream of Mario RPG running fully too :p

& a perfect Super FX support would be awesome :)

but once again THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SO PERFECT WORK YOYO :)))

Okay you want wishes i give u wat u wish

-RAR or 7z (packed files using 7zip) support
-Chrono Trigger with no tranparenzy probs
-i have a bug when going back to game select screen my gp32 always crashes when selecting a second rom after playing a one before.
i think its my config file in gpetc, well i would like to have this bug fixed
- i would like a "would u like to overwrite this save state" function in the state menu (that with the screenshots), so sometimes i dunno if i saved a game into slot 1 when i want to save there with another game (sry 4 english, im german...)
-smaller fxe (maybe?)

:)

the emu great!!

i only have two request:

get zelda running properly
gimme a 30% speed improovement :)

I think your doing a verry GOOD job.
Keep up the good work :D
-----
My wishes are (just like everybody else):
-Full speed (on 133,156,166)
-Perfect Sound (on 133,156,166)
-Maybe you can make a GBA emu or something if this one is done :D
