Thank god almighty, we finally made it. ;)

With thanks to Mr. Lik-Sang "Rocco" we produced today the tape for christmas, which will be showed on the 24.12 during 10-12 PM on NBC Europe/GIGA GAMES.

And while it was a pretty chaotic show (and I can say that 'cause we've already done it...*g*) I got enough time (4x5/6 minutes) to show a lot of cool GP32-stuff like the Doom-Western-Mod, the "real" movieplayer, the ScummVM, many emulators, some tools, the "official" europe PC-GP-Transfer-Tool (which is downloadable in our download area) and a few Demos. I planned to show more, but just as I said ... it was a very chaotic show. :)

Well, I hope you'll like it - and if not, just make a better one! ;)

Greetz,
Bimon

PS: During some talks to "GP"-related publishers I got the info that there will definately be a "europe" version of the GP32 - don't know if that's a "hot" news or just a boring journey to the past. :)

Uaargh! That's a real surprise for me because the GIGA chief-in-editor told me 6 week ago that I should send them some GP32 stuff for their show, he never told me that they had done it already.

So this show was recorded?! I thought GIGA / GIGA Games is always live on air? How long is that report? What have you showed?

There anyway that this segment could be recorded and put on the web so us USA GPers and others can view the GP32 segment?

Ehm I know Bimon was talking about a "full" European launch by Virgin Play. ;)

Hmmm ... interesting... show is recorded -> christmas.. why? because you don't want to waste your christmas time with being on air. that's ok but recording a tape with gp32 on air on it WTF? no one will watch it because it is christmas. dang couldn't you chose another day? (live!)

sweet, i wonder how many (german) ppl are really interested in the GP32...guess it wont be that much, anyway - if you cant (dont want) watch the show, just record it with wmrecord or something. Big GP32 is watching you ;)

Theres a very small bit on the GP32 in the Xmas Gamesmaster magazine, it mentions about a failed European release.

As I told you before, the Maxx-area can't wait to show your "Special Edition" GP32. :)

But first the Xmas-show - as written before on the 24; and yes, most of the shows are live - but hey, what about some holidays for the hard-working Giga-Editors? ;)

Well, the "theme" of the show was "Guess what you sureley didn't got for christmas!" - and we had some really cool japanese Stuff like "Dragon Quest Swordmaster", "Guitar Freaks" ... yeah, and the "GP32". But I'm absolutely sure that there will be _many_ viewers during the holidays, believe me. :)

Cause they are young, they're bored of their family, they can't get drunk and they have a PC and a TV in their room... ;)

Greetz,
Bimon

PS: Please don't expect too much from the presentation ... we tried to concentrate on the "fun" and "entertainment" part of the show.

On the 24th the article will be available on this page:

http://www1.giga.de/gigagames/channel_fram...0,3323,,00.html

In the article there's a Download-Link to the software - but you will need a (quick and free) Useraccount to enter. Sry for that...
