Alright, so I got a .Z of Breath of Fire 3 and the table file for it, but when I try to play it, it just says "LOADING GAME", and never loads it. Now, I originally got a hold of an .img of the game, but converted it to .BIN with MagicISO, and finally converted it into a .Z iso. I followed the instructions to convert the .BIN to .Z (well, to .BIN.Z, but you get it), and converting the .img to .BIN was dead-simple, and I'm pretty sure that the BoF3 .img was the real thing. Still, it won't work. I would be pulling the .BIN data directly off of my own PS1 games, but I can't get any programs to work (tried CDRWIN, XDuplicator and a few others).

It was a real hassle to get a hold of this, and I don't want to have to go download another game, so to save a lot of trouble, has anyone tried BoF3, and got it to work? And are .BIN or .Z even supposed to be capitalized? If I'm doing something wrong, what is it? Maybe I just need step by step instructions :(

Well if you own BOF 3 and if you're uncertain you have the right ISO you should try to rip your own game anyway.
IF you have problems: I downloaded isobuster (http://www.isobuster.com/dl.php?v=1&l=0)
install it, start it, choose for 'free functionality only'.
Then on the left
-right click on the CD
-select Extract CD <IMAGE>
-and then RAW (*.bin, *.iso)

this will make a RAW copy. You can just use the ISO, or BIN to test it on your GP2X, then if it works, try to make a .Z if needed.
(BTW the wiki says BOF3 'Works perfectly, but very slow on v.34', but now we're on 0.36, so if you got it working, update the wiki)

good luck!

And don't go around saying you download games, you might get in trouble...
