N-Gage Review

One member of the public states that using it as a phone "makes you look like a twat" while there are reports of eye-strain and headaches while playing games.

I sh*t you not.

I dont like the look of this much at all.....

Think I will wait for the new Sony.

Rock On

The whole thing is a failure in my eyes. Like the review says, the screen, while crystal clear and perfectly backlight, is twice as small as the GBA. That means if anyone makes a sidescrolling game for the n-gage, they are kinda screwed. The changing of the cartidge is... just outrageous. Removing nearly 5 items from the "console"?. In my opinion, nokia should just stick with making phones. They aren't going to be like Sony anytime soon with the N-gage.

Screen is way too small, and potrait for most games doesn't look good imo ... as for a phone... well i would be way to embaressed to get that out in public, let alone in front of friends ;)

I'm just wondering who the hell the Nokia marketing dept think is gonna buy it  May appeal to school kids but way too expensive for that market!

erm i smell ...turkey!

Hey hey! Calm down! We are developing a game for Series 60, that means that it will run on NGage too. Please, be a bit optimist!

Red faction will be the make or break game. I saw screen shots and they looked impressive. Of course if Sega ever publish a Sonic game for the N-gage I'm gonna have to buy it. Damn them.

The screen really is pathetic. i can never go back from the gp32 giant screen. and the gp32 could do redfaction and alot better too.

Yeah, i hope that some games with graphics like that come out some day 4 the gp. i think it could be possible if descent companies gave it a go.

Yeah, but it runs slow, and either in portrait view, or stretched out ugly view, a slow sonic is scarcely a sonic at all.
