How many of us have duplicate gaming systems, what do you use 2 or more for?

I have 2 N64's, only because 1 was given to me, the 1 collects dust.
I have 2 Atari 7800, i found one in bad shape at a flea market for $2, couldn't pass it up, i cleaned it up and now it collects dust.

EDIT: forgot i have 6 2600's, 4 4 switchers, 1 6 switch and 1 jr. Alot of times that I wanted just the games, the person selling it wouldn't sell me games seperately. I've so far given 2 away, but i think i'm going to keep the rest around to sell at a later date.

I have 2 A1000s, 4 A500s, 2 CDTVs, a CD32, an A1200 and an A2000.
3 C64s.
2 N64s because one wasnt playing rogue squadron anymore.
2 SNESs because I wanted to do the NTSC hack to one and they are so damn cheap.
2 NESs that both need the 72pin cart conncetors replaced (damn nintendo using cheap corrosive parts)
2 broken megadrives... no idea what's wrong with them anymore...
2 Gamegears one is a boxed Jap one (some carts display different title screens)
1 Gameboy, 1 Gameboy pocket, 1 Gameboy colour.
1 PSX and one PSONE.

edit: 2 Atari2600s

I have heaps of other stuff but those are the ones I have more than one of.

I have duplicates of some game systems because they are not made any more. They are mainly back ups.
3 Atari Lynx
2 Neo Pocket color
2 SwanCrystal
2 GBA sp (one is brighter than the other)
2 GB color (bought one for $2.50 USD, could not pass it up)
There are others that I have considered purchasing duplicates of, my Dreamcast and Saturn for starters.

2 GBAs: One is an old GBA the other is a SP, the trade in value was shit poor so it didn't make sense to, besides I got both of them through import so it wasnt exactly easy to trade anyway.

2 NESs: An original and a top loader, the original started having the annoying difficulty reading carts. Blowing in them wasn't ever really a fix, so I finally opened it up to try and fix the contacts, unfortunatly the NES is a box of mousetraps and putting it back together again was hopeless. a friend founr a replacement at a used game shop a couple of years ago and helped me make a deal for it.

2 Colecovisions: the first bought waay back in the day, it eventually was hooked up to an Adam computer modual and served as the home computer for many year. Along the way My brother found someone had dumped their Colecovision on trash day, he let it sit for several hours and when no one else picked it up he grabbed it and brought it home. Turns out it only had dirty contacts (I guess the original owner thogh blowing in games was the way to go and when it stopped working out for him he tossed it) after a quick cleaning the system became a spare that we gave to my dad.

As it stands I'd have 2 playstations of I could find a PSone for a decent price, and I have concidered on several occasions getting a PStwo instead when it became obvious they were going to make one the main deciding factor being my collection of japaese games but now that I have a HDloader/Advance and a 200 gb HDD it's not so necessary anymore... although I might buy a second fat PS2 just to have a spare in case something happens one day.

9 Japanese Sega Saturns:

3x Original Grey saturn
1x white flash saturn
1x skeleton 'this is cool' saturn
1x Hitachi Hi Saturn
1x Hitachi Navi Saturn
1x Victor V Saurn RG-JX1
1x Victor V Saturn RG-JX2

2 Sharp X68000's:

1x X68000 Expert II
1x x68030 Compact

plus a couple of gameboy advances, (seems like i'm not the only one!)

Trooper: Double post removed. :)

2 x NES (original front loaders)
2 x Game Gear
3 x GP32 (NLU, FLU, BLU)

The NES units have both just had the 72 pin connectors replaced because they both started blinking at me - strangely at the same time, perhaps it's contagious ;)

The second Game Gear was a present I got years ago but never got around to selling. They're not worth much anymore, so it's just collecting dust.

And the GP32s just because :) The NLU's a crazy overclocker, and the BLU has the best screen, so those two get the most use.
