I really like this game, but I can't get past the second level. Could you add a feature that would allow you select the number of lives you want?

What fun is that going to be?
Just play enough to get the hang of the controls and it's a breeze.

edit: btw dave18 I think there's a bug on the fourth level: The landing space around the first cargo there isn't landable (that isn't a word...is it?)

L is a level skip which might do the job for now if u just wana see the extra levels

i'd like to see the scrolling changed, the screen starts scrolling when your right at the edge, since this is a game where obstical/bullet = instant death u really want to be able to see where your going, if your flying down and a bullet is coming up u often have no time to react, please consider changing this, it should speed the gameplay up since u won't need to be extra carefull around enemies, at the moment its risk death from unavoidable bullets by going fast or playing slow which is just boring, not great options

i've been able to do level 4 ok, no trouble landing, is that definatly the level u were on? :edit: oh just found it, on the left side u can fall right through the floor

Azure: I accidently forgot to remove the skip level cheat I used for testing so if you find it then you can say goodbye to level 2. :)
(Bradley posted while I was writing this so I guess you won't even have to look for it).

GG-Fire: Obviously didn't do enough of the above mentioned testing though because you're quite right (you missed the cargo by quite a way to find it though! :p )

PLEASE don't put a level skip cheat!
That would ruin the whole point! It took me like an hour to get to mission 7, what fun will it be if I don't have to sweat a little?
I think the best thing would be to enable continues, but only with one try every time.

edit: ok now that I read and actualy understood your post, my life is ruined.

It's called Thrust and it's way better than this game... however this is good stuff... I just wish I could get hold of Thrust in any format! I tried the C64 but it doens't work with Frodo.... anyone know what I can get it to run on?

grud on a greenie! this game is the best original gp32 game i've played! the controls are spot-on, the difficulty so far seems great. GOOD WORK FELLA! if i had any suggestions, they would be: change the boxes into little people you have to rescue, like on 'Oids', also weapons upgrades would make this game unique for its type, and also um... parallax scrolling in the backgrounds?

my favorite bit is the little bit of bounce you have when landing your ship, and the fact that there's no big heavy stuff that you have to tow around... (maybe as a bonus level?)

a fantastic game... p***es all over thrust. truly!

how can you say that? all it is is fly and land on squares... thrust has much better physics and playability... Thrust II was terrible, however... but Thrust is a classic...
