Does anyone know if Gp32z is very busy with the shipments? I e-mailed them a week ago about returning my faulty unit but still hasn't got any answer.. What I wonder is, are they very busy with orders so that they haven't had time to answer my mail or is there a chance that they never got it? (I sent them a pic with my units problem aswell, might have got catched in spamfilters?)
I don't want to bug them with e-mails in case they are very busy.

This may be a very silly question, I know, but I'm getting so impatient. I want to try out the gp2x! It's so annoying seeing my unit but not being able to try it out. :p

Perhaps I should try PM the person working there (I heard somewhere that someone at the site has a user here)

Anyway.. Thanks! :)

Crap. How could I miss that? I've read that message a couple of times now.
I'll just wait some more then.

Thanks!

EDIT: I guess this thread can be deleted now. ;)

For things like this, it is always worth attaching a request for a return receipt to the email which notifies when the message has been read.

Yes. I should've done that.

I contacted them via AIM and got to speak to them right away. I needed to return my 2x and got the ok that way. Still waiting for the reply from e-mail! :)

They mentioned that the e-mail is backlogged.

So try that. The information is on the contact page.

But you probably will be told the same thing as me: Still got your packing slip? include that and write RMA on the package.

You may want to write a note explaining what is wrong.

The correct address is on the priority mail shipping box that it came in.

(what I'm saying is you probably may want to just send it back - but if you can contact them via AIM, then try that first)

They said that they are getting another shipment within 2 weeks. So you may want to get it in soon.

kinda hard to decide if that's what to do when there's been no Official stament about the recall on the site.

Natrius said his unit was faulty, so was mine, i just assumed that he wasn't talking about the recall.

But I just got answers to the 2 e-mails I sent and both said the same thing, to send it back for a replacement. I think that they're getting caught up with e-mails now, since the last e-mail I sent them was maybe 24 hours ago.

Thanks a lot for the info! :)
Yes my unit is faulty (doesn't even start) so I'm not sending it back due to some recall.

EDIT: Forgot to say, I got a response today!

I paid extra for next day shipping through gp32z. I got mine last week ... it works really well.
