Its like they have vanished in to thin air. I cant get hold of them via phone, and the voice mail is full, and no one is answering email messages. The reason I am trying to get hold of them is that I ordered a PSP the otherday and not long after the link on the main page was removed. So I am a bit concerned as to wether or not I will get one.

I know this is not really relevent to this forum but I am hoping to get the attention of Craig.

Well to be honest I am getting a little frustrated and also rather concered at the lack of contact. Hopefully there wont be a problem but I wont stop emailing and ringing until I get some sort of response.
The only reason I used GBAX was because I have ordered a couple of items from them before. :(

If you bought a PSP from GBAX, you didn't actually buy it from GBAX, and its nothing to do with them (GBAX is just a redirector - they don't even take your payment, so there's not even a contract with GBAX to provide you with the PSP) - you actually bought it from SuccessHK in Hong Kong, and that's where it'll be shipped from. No point in emailing them however, as they just seem to ignore all emails. GBAX will answer your emails, but all they'll say is that it's nothing to do with them (see the link RATX posted).

You'll most likely will not be very happy either that if you visited the SuccessHK website directly, it's cheaper than using the redirector at GBAX, and that most people get charged import duty once the PSP has been delivered.

Of course, GBAX do get commision from this, which is probably why the PSP's are more expensive than buying from SuccessHK directly.

Why Craig pulled this trick I'll never know.

Hi

I have just been on SuccessHK website and they are out of stock which is probably why I have not had a reply. So I have posted a ticket saying I want to cancel my order.

Well I will never be using Gbax again most upset with there antics. Looks like a big fall from grace for them for a couple of £.

Thanks for all the responses I really appreciate it. I will keep you posted as to what happens.

Bye for now

That is probably the most dubious interpretation of international commercial law I ever saw.

Technically its easy to make the distinction between GBAX and SHK's site... Legally I'm not sure its so clear cut... it seems very murky, although IANAL. Anyway I have a mail from Craigix/GBAX clearly confirming the item I ordered, the Worldpay transaction ID, and that "they" had posted it... doesn't that suggest some degree of liability? :)

I assume it was due to them being served a C&D by Sony for selling PSPs ;) Although I'm sure Sony don't really care, they have the money to pursue this through the courts and redirecting to another site even in HK won't really cut it I imagine, see Lik Sang etc... Maybe thats what they are so busy with now / why the link has gone.

Anyway I would just like to add that until the DHL bill arrived I was reasonably happy with the service I had received and I too had ordered with them previously hence why I used them for PSP.

Interestingly, all PSP hardware and games have been removed. You can only buy cases and such.

Maybe Craig is taking note of the comments made on here. It's going to be interesting when it come to GPX2 distribution, as I suspect GBAX will be a major UK/World supplier.

I'd love to explain everything but i'm not allowed to even speak about it.

Plus i think you will find this is the wrong forum.

It might have to something with SONY.

Cypher35 (owner of Ninjahacker) was also not allowed (by TECMO) to talk about anything after getting sued by TECMO.

Suppose I best chase up my support ticket with whatever the company is called.
